Our icon corner is upstairs in the hall area, between our bedroom and our girls’ room.

When we were inn our rental house, we got this table to help designate the space on the living room wall (the only Eastern wall available in our home). When we moved into our own house less than a year ago, the table came with us. We’re slowly collecting icons for our family prayer corner, and my husband and I are in agreement that the table needs to go.
I’ve been browsing online and looking at others icon corners, looking for ideas. My main concern is where to put our prayer books. And we’re in the midst of deciding between oil candles (which we’ve been using so far) that we can mount to the wall and using beeswax candles (that burn clean, right?)
Also, we want to be sure to add icons on the child-level…
I’d love opinions and photos to look at, if you don’t mind. (“you” being no one right now, haha, as no one has seen my blog yet)
